You know, it wouldn’t be Retro Foods for Modern Times if we didn’t have a luridly coloured cocktail to end the year so, here ’tis…The Blue Skies…and I defy anyone not to start humming along with The Chairman of The Board….

I can’t remember if I ever introduced you all to the third canine in our house. F. Scott Fitzgerald, or Scotty as we like to call him, may be quiet, but much like his namesake, he knows how to sniff out a good cocktail.
And when he sees one he likes? Oh boy, does he light up!

Hey dear, how did you get back your menu bar? I have a problem with that! 🙁
Hey Steph….Sharing your pain, it was so annoying that it just disappeared!!!
I tried so many things to fix it. In the end what worked was from the Dashboard go into Appearance > Menus. Then I deleted the menu I had and reinstalled it. I also ticked both the boxes in the Menu Settings options which are Auto Add Pages and Theme Locations Top Menu. One/ some / all of the above worked to bring it back. I’m so sorry I can’t be more specific but hopefully if you follow the same steps you should also be able to get yours back. Please let me know how you go. Also, if the above doesn’t make sense, happy to email you with screenshots of what I did. xx
