Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Peaches, cut into quarters
  • 4 pineapple rings, halved
  • 8 slices of bacon or proscuitto, cut in half
  • Condiments for dipping – pomegranate molasses, sweet chilli sauce, bbq sauce, etc

Instructions

  1. Wrap the fruit in the bacon.
  2. Place under a hot grill and cook until the bacon is crisp.
  3. Serve immediately with the sauces for dipping.
